Get Ready prepares the Willing Bystander Award certificates for patients and their families to present to the Willing Bystander(s) as a show of their thanks and gratitude for helping.
It is so nice to be recognized for helping save a life!
We do not require the patients name or any medical information other than the date, approximate time and location and the cause of the injury/illness if applicable.
We do require the name(s), emails and phone number of Willing Bystander(s) and the person reporting the save.
